Please note: If you are a new hirer you will need to register on our website. You will not be able to save your requested booking without completing this process. Please follow the instructions below.

If you are a regular hirer you should be able to find your details within the ‘Customer’ field with a three letter search.

The easiest way to create your Booking Request is from the Calendar View Schedule – you can see at a glance when the hall is available.

Find the date you’d like to book, click the + sign at the top of the box and you’ll be taken through to the Booking Page.

If you are a new user you will need to enter your name and contact details. Click on the person icon with a ‘+’ sign, to right of the Customer field drop-down menu. Scroll through and enter as many details as you can and don’t forget to ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen. All new users should select the ‘Standard Hourly Rate’ in the ‘Price Rate’ field.

You can either ‘Save’ your request which will allow you to edit it, or you can ‘Save and Email’ in which case an email will be sent to the Bookings Team for approval. In this case you will receive confirmation within a couple of days.
All new users will be required to pay and leave a refundable deposit on Confirmation of their Request.
